Well this ride never got to a smooth one, I had to stop for horses, put my lungs back into their rightful place, cars, check if I had a flat, oh and a sneaky pint.
Clearly shown here that stopping for beer – beer is good for you – helps with my PRs. Got one on a bit road I always suffer on.
Side note am I trying to eat a fly or not, I can’t remember if I had a quick snack on-route.
